The CAPIT Multisensory Kit™ compliments the CAPIT Reading Curriculum by transforming traditional spaces into dynamic Sound to Print Environments™. This kit offers educators unique tools that enable effective instruction for both whole classes and small groups. Additionally, it provides targeted resources for supporting Tier-2 and Tier-3 students, ensuring that all learners have the opportunity to excel.
Each Kit Includes:
Lesson Guides: 3 booklets with step-by-step lesson guides and scripts for each level in CAPIT Reading.
Sound and Spelling Wall Cards: 47 6.5’’ x 10.5’’ cards displaying all 40+ Phonemes (Sounds) and 180+ Spelling Patterns of the English language.
Teacher Cards: 146 cards; 73 cards contain the lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digraphs, and diphthongs; 73 cards displaying our unique Visual Mnemonics.
Evaluation Cards: 73 cards display on one side the lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digraphs, and diphthongs that represent the most basic spelling patterns of the 46 Sounds (phonemes) in the English language; on the other side, these 73 cards display our unique Visual Mnemonics.
CAPIT Alphabet Box: Connecting Sound to Print™ with Magnetic Letters and Science-Based Visual Mnemonics™. Includes movable-magnetic wooden alphabet (4 lowercase and 4 uppercase), corresponding magnetic cards displaying our unique Visual Mnemonics, and a magnetic whiteboard with erasable markers.
Alphabet Posters: 2 posters, one lowercase alphabet poster and one uppercase alphabet poster, displaying their corresponding CAPIT Visual Mnemonics.
