  • Communication Mastery: With outstanding written and oral communication skills, you are adept at using CRM systems (experience with Copper is a plus, though proficiency in systems like SalesForce is transferable).

  • Relationship Building: Your proven ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with districts and schools is key, along with skills in effective information gathering and sharing.

  • Organizational and Presentation Prowess: You excel in organizing your work and presenting both in-person and virtually, with a flair for engaging and persuasive communication.

  • Articulate Responses: Your ability to respond to educators with clarity, coherence, and grammatical precision is essential.

Regional Sales Representative

An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and impactful company

We are seeking outstanding Sales Representatives throughout the US with at least a minimum of five years of success in the early reading software sales space.

We require that:

  • Your passion for Early Reading matches your outstanding proven success in sales and customer service in your home state.

  • You are self-disciplined and independently driven. You have success selling remotely across several territories while effectively working in our team-focused, customer-centered environment.

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and extensive demonstrated experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (CAPIT uses Copper, but experience in a CRM such as SalesForce will translate nicely to Copper).

  • You possess a proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with districts and schools that can also facilitate effective information gathering and sharing.

  • You have excellent organizational and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.

  • You can respond to educators with the highest level of articulation and be able to speak and write coherently and grammatically.
