What is My iPad's Unique UDID
A unique device identifier (UDID) is a 40-character string assigned to certain Apple devices including the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Each UDID character is a numeral or a letter of the alphabet. Using the UDID, Capit Learning can allow certain users to beta test early versions of CAPIT Reading.
Plug your iPad into your computer using a USB cable. Be sure your computer "trusts" your iPad.
Now open iTunes. Click on the little "iPad" icon.
With your mouse, hover over and click on the words "Serial Number."
Keep clicking until you see your UDID.
Right-click over your UDID. Click "Copy."
You can now "paste" your UDID in an email or document.
